Boquete

Boquete is located in the province of Chiriqui, Panama, at an altitude of 1200 meters above sea level and is well known for its all year round spring like temperatures.  The picturesque town is nestled in the Valley of the Rio Caldera.   The slopes of the mountains in the area are covered by lush forests and coffee farms.

Boquete is often referred to as the city of eternal spring or city of flowers and coffee.  In mid January, the Annual Flowers and Coffee Fair (Feria de las Flores y del Cafe) draws crowds from all parts of the country and the world.   The town's warm community spirit is demonstrated in the colourful processions and parades in February (Carnival) and November (Independence Day).
